This 1930’s house located in Ashford needed full modernisation. This included several internal alterations, along with a two-storey and single-storey extension. Part of the design brief was to create a new family space overlooking the garden, with easy access to the connecting kitchen and dining room.
An additional bedroom with ensuite was created above the existing garage.
