Architecture: Extension to a property in a Conservation Area
This project involved the extension of a family home located in a conservation area in Kent. The extension features a modern, open-plan layout with a bespoke kitchen and central island, designed to serve as the heart of the home, offering a spacious and practical environment for family living. Additionally, a new utility space with a shower room was incorporated into the design, providing both convenience and functionality. The project required intensive structural engineering, including underpinning and a thorough refurbishment.

As part of the overall plan, a multi-purpose modular garden office by gyd modular was designed and built, with the existing garden fully landscaped to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.
