We have been working on an exciting project involving a range of new holiday homes for our client in Cornwall. The client has engaged us to assess the feasibility of developing six high-quality units that will seamlessly integrate with the natural landscape while offering modern comfort, sustainability, and a premium guest experience.
As part of this process, we are conducting thorough site evaluations, addressing planning considerations, and refining optimal design solutions to ensure the project aligns with both regulatory requirements and the client’s vision. Our goal is to create a development that is both environmentally responsible and aesthetically in harmony with its surroundings.
Additionally, our sister company, GYD Modular, will oversee the procurement and supply of these units as fully finished pods. By leveraging modular construction, we can streamline the build process, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality control while minimising on-site disruption.
This comprehensive approach allows us to deliver a turnkey solution, managing every stage from initial feasibility studies to the final installation of the holiday homes.
