Location: London
Architect: Matthew Kettle
Architecture: Garden annex for compact living
gyd architecture working with Ecospace on this complex garden annex studio. The works started by undertaking a laser scanned survey of this complex site. Being surrounded by 3 boundaries didn’t stop us from maximising floor space. The unit has a second floor acting as a mezzanine for sleeping. To the rear, we have located a spacious shower room and a kitchenette.
Planning, and party wall agreements on all 3 sides had to be approved prior to works beginning.
