Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and designers to develop architectural plans and drawings
Utilise Adobe Suite software to create visual representations of designs and MS office
Proficient in Auto CAD and Sketchup software for drafting and detailing architectural plans
Assist in the development of building models and renderings
Create detailed schematics for construction projects
Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
Experience:
HND or foundation degree in architectural technology, or related field
Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician or similar role
Strong proficiency in building techniques and materials
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
