The proposed scheme will see the whole property refurbished and brought up to current regulations.
A complete makeover is proposed as this converted and repeatedly extended garage will be transformed into a modern dwelling finished in contemporary timber cladding with a monopitch roof.
The internal layout will be rationalised so that the four bedrooms can benefit from natural light and ventilation, as the current floorplan is poorly laid out and claustorphobic.
The ‘upside down’ nature of the property with the living areas upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs meant that we could raise the roof towards the rear to make the most of the fabulous views over the Royal Military Canal and the sea.
