gyd architecture have obtained planning permission for this replacement family home. The design brief was to introduce traditional features including oak frames, flint stonework and hand made clay tile all typical in the are.

Working with our structural engineers we have prepared the detailed building regulation drawings ready for construction work to start onsite in the spring. Due to the site location, this build will have a piled foundation and for the 60 square metre basement.
