Change of use for this former scrap yard located in the heart of the Kent countryside created a need for reasonably priced light industrial units that would sit well within this woodland. Balancing the natural setting with cedar clad minimalist architecture created an elegant and functional composition in response to the topography of the site. The textures of the surrounding woods informed design decisions for the finish of the buildings in this multi-unit development. The unit sizes averaged 100m2.
